The entire house or cottage is rented with utilities and tax included.  
Separate groups will not occupy the house or cottage simultaneously.
You have exclusively use of the entire house.

First bedroom...............$90 per night
Each additional bedroom used, will be $25 per night

WIFI and cable provided

Only well behaved pets with prior approval.
​$10 extra cleaning fee.

Housekeeping is not provided during your stay.

Check-in time after 2 P.M.
Check-out by 11 A.M. 
without previous arrangements.
